Life long Redskins fan and I never knew Gibbs had his hand in drafting Williams nor did I know he was a coach with the Bucs. I always thought he came to the Redskins straight from the chargers. Dungy is 100% correct, Gibbs did set things in motion for blacks to get those opportunities as QB and coaches. That is incredible. He has a bigger place in history than I ever knew.

Somehow, I think that hyperextension was a blessing. Doug Williams threw one of the hardest, longest balls any QB ever threw.
